"Jamaat-e-Islami Declares 10 Demands at the End of the Gathering"

"Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami has announced a declaration of 10 demands, including the release of party workers, during a gathering held at the Engineers' Institution in the capital on Saturday, June 10th, at 2 PM."

"Prior to this, a gathering took place in Dhaka South of Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami, where demands were made for the acceleration of economic growth, the release of national leaders and revered scholars, and the establishment of a constitutional government."

In the esteemed presence of Amir Nurul Islam Bulbul, the leader of Jamaat-e-Islami in Dhaka South, a meticulously organized gathering was conducted, flawlessly managed by Secretary General Shafiqul Islam Masud. The event was graced by the honorable presence of Syed Abdullah Al-Mo Taher, the central deputy ameer of the party, as well as the esteemed former Member of Parliament.

Distinguished personalities in attendance at this notable gathering included Assistant Secretary General Abdul Halim, the esteemed Publicity Editor Matiur Rahman Akhand, Mobarak Hossain, Abu Musa, a prominent leader from Dhaka North, Secretary Muhammad Rezaul Karim, Mohammad Fakhrul Mannan, representing the South, and Kamal Hossain, serving as the chief figure in the proceedings.
In order to prevent any untoward incidents and ensure the smooth conduct of the Jamaat gathering, an adequate number of police personnel were deployed at the venue. Alongside the local police station at the Engineers' Institution Milonayaton, reserve police personnel were also stationed both inside and outside the premises.

Regarding the security of the gathering venue, Officer-in-Charge (OC) Abu Hossain of Ramna Police Station, a highly experienced officer, stated, "We have deployed a sufficient number of police personnel to safeguard the lives and property of the people."

Jamaat has been carrying out its activities with the permission of the police for the past decade. Prior to that, in February 2013, the party organized a protest rally in Motijheel without police permission, resulting in disturbances. Written by: Robiul Hossain Forhad
